subject: query: command-line window management

hi folks,

anyone got any tips on how to:

1. maximise and minimise a window from the command prompt
2. foreground and background a window from the command prompt
3. get a process listing from the command prompt (equiv of unix 'ps' command - I have some third-party
ones, but I was hoping for a Microsoft EXE that did it)
4. restart the machine from the command prompt (equiv of selecting 'restart' from shutdown menu)

It's possible to shutdown the machine from the command prompt using the following syntax, but that's not
quite the same thing:

RUNDLL32 USER.EXE,ExitWindows

This one logs off the current user:

RUNDLL32 USER32.DLL,ExitWindowsEx

Cheers
Stuart
