Just a quick note to advise that I am able to supply ADSL load balancers. These devices support two (or more, in
larger models) ADSL connections, and should one connection fail, it will route data down the one that still works.
While both connections are up, it routes data down them simultaneously, doubling your bandwidth (in the case of
2x512k connections).
This device is a cost-effective alternative to routers with ISDN backup - particularly as, unlike ISDN backup, the
"backup" link provides extra bandwidth.
The device might even make it cost-effective to purchase 2x512k links, instead of a 1Mb link.
Pricing is around the £250 mark, for the cheapest model.
