This menu can be accessed via the standard Windows Control
Panel as well:
Start.. Settings.. Control Panel.. Internet Options..
However I suspect the question related to Windows itself, not IE;
for example Start.. Run.. contains autocompletion code.
Hades didn't mention which version of Windows he's got installed,
however I can't think of any other autocomplete disables ..perhaps
in Win2k? ...... anyone?
it has two subkeys, "append completion" and "use autocomplete"
... both set to yes. Hades, you could try setting it to NO. But do a
backup first. ;) Let me know if this works..!!!
