The files are usually at C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\OOBE
...although since it's nearly 4Mb of the easiest way to get screwed
by the big guy, it's nice to delete the whole directory. Which has
no discernible effects, BTW, apart from freeing up 4Mb of space of
course.
This may be a Win98SE "feature" ..
