A) Product advertisements. Discussion of tools/products is fine,
marketing hype is not.
B) Discussion of legal issues surrounding this topic. This list will
serve people from differant geographical areas and discussion of
regional laws will turn into a sinkhole.
The FAQ for this list will possibly contain country/region specific
legal information over time.
